21/24 February 2010 "SAPORE" is a new event launched to represent in an in-depth modern and practical form all the beverage, food and seafood for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, creating an absolutely unique appointment. Starting from the experience of six different expos (MIA, Frigus, Oro Giallo, MSE, DiVino Lounge and Pianeta Birra Beverage & Co), it redistributes companies´ proposals according to two consumption channels: bars and food service/catering.
